Expected delivery times from when the order is placed:

 
  • Standard Delivery: 4–6 working days for most addresses in Spain
  • Express Delivery: 2–3 working days for eligible addresses
  • Remote Areas: Delivery times may be longer depending on location
 
  • “Working days” include Monday to Friday only (excluding weekends & public holidays).
  • Some items may require longer due to stock availability or alterations.

    A. We aim to dispatch orders within 2 business days and you will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
    To track your order, please click on the link in your shipping confirmation email.
    You can also view and monitor your delivery status in real time in your Purchase History via the UNIQLO app or website.

  • Q. It's past my order's estimated delivery date.

    A. Sometimes minor delays can occur.
    Please allow 3–5 business days after the estimated delivery date for your parcel to arrive.
    If you have still not received your order, please check your parcel’s tracking on the carrier’s website.
    Your parcel may have been taken to a nearby collection point or the tracking may show an updated estimated delivery date.
    Please also check your email inbox and SMS messages for updates from us or our delivery partners.

    If your order has not been taken to a collection point after 24 hours and is still in transit with no updates, please contact our Customer Care team via the contact details below.
