Due to the issues caused by the national power outage, some customers may experience issues with making online payments or with Click & Collect service. 

If you are unable to check out due to payment issues, please try again later. We are working on rectifying any payment-related issues as quickly as possible. 

If you have an existing Click & Collect order that is ready to be collected from your chosen store, please do not attempt collection until further notice. Please check the UNIQLO homepage or return to this page for confirmation that our services have returned to normal operational order before proceeding to collect.
