Tax invoices for online orders
All the invoices corresponding to online orders are sent automatically by email together with your order shipping confirmation. Please check your junk/spam folder, just in case.
Online purchase invoices will show all the details that are registered at the time of purchase.
Please note that once you have processed the order, all details on the invoice cannot be modified by UNIQLO.
Tax invoices for store purchases
If you need the tax invoice for a store purchase, we advise you to request it directly from our staff at the time of completing your purchase.
If this it's not requested at the moment, you can only request it in person at the store till by showing the original ticket/receipt of your purchase.
Keep in mind that invoices can be issued from Monday to Friday from 13.00h a 16.00h.
