I still haven't received the code to open my Citypack Locker. What should I do?

Once the order has been placed, we are unable to change/modify any details of your order, including the address or phone number. 

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. 

If you have selected a Correos collection point (Citypack Locket) as your delivery method: Please note that you must provide a valid Spanish mobile number when placing your order as you will receive a code to open the Citypack locker via text message.
  1. Check your text messages or Email.
​​​​​​​You may have received a text message in your message box or in your spam or junk mail box.  We a suggest that you check the tracking of your order on the Correos website as sometimes your order may be redirected to the nearest post office.

Please also note that our Customer Service team cannot send the code again, so we ask for your understanding.

       2. Contact the UNIQLO Customer Service team if you have entered a mobile number that is not registered in Spain.
 
Depending on the delivery option chosen our team may try to contact Correos to request assistance with the collection code. However, we ask for your understanding as we cannot guarantee that we will be able to retrieve the code and the shipment may be redirected to the nearest post office.
