Q. My item from Store is faulty, what should I do?
We suggest you go to the original Store of purchase or any of our other UNIQLO stores for further assistance.
Once there, go directly to the checkout section and let our staff know that you need help with a faulty item. Our staff will then be able to have a look for you in the item and assist you accordingly.
If for any reason you are unable to return to the shop for assistance, please contact our team of specialists via email:

So we can assist you efficiently, please do provide us with the following:
1. The faulty item code (beginning 2000, located below the barcode on the label)
2. An image of the affected area.
3. An image of the item itself.
4. An image of the product label of the item and solo an image of the care label of the item, showing the care instructions.
5. An image of your receipt/invoice of purchase.
6. If your item has been washed/dried, please confirm how it has been done.
