Q. Returns and Orders placed between 23rd December and 2nd January may take longer than usual to be processed.
Please be informed that orders placed between 23rd December and 2nd January will be affected by the closure of our Warehouse in Germany, due to public holidays.
If you place an order after our cut-off time on 23rd December, the delivery timeframe of your order will be extended by the closure of our warehouse. Please refer to the delivery time frame in the checkout when placing your order.
Please note that the processing of refunds will also be impacted.
Once the item has been received at our warehouse, the refund will be processed within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.
Please allow additional time to receive your refund confirmation email after your refund has been processed. The refund will be completed within 3 to 7 working days, depending on your bank or credit card company's processes.
If refunded to a credit or debit card, please allow 3 to 5 working days from the receipt of the confirmation email.
If using PayPal, please allow 24 hours for the funds to appear in your account.
Klarna refunds can take 5 to 7 business days.
