Exchanges

Exchanges are available at any UNIQLO Spain store.

  • Visit any UNIQLO Spain store.
  • Bring along the original receipt and the product(s) in original packaging with price tags and labels.
  • Queue at the cashier counter and request a product exchange.

Important Notes

  • You may exchange for any product of the same or higher value. For higher-priced items, you will need to pay the price difference.
  • For exchanges to a lower-value product, please consider a refund instead.
Refunds

Refunds

Refunds are available at any UNIQLO Spain store.
Please review Return & Exchange Conditions, prepare the required items, and speak to a store staff member.
The refund amount will be credited to the same payment method used for your purchase.

Frequently Asked Questions
  • I lost my receipt. Can I still exchange or return my item?

    A. Unfortunately, exchanges and returns cannot be processed without a receipt.
    Note: Purchase history or product lists cannot be used as proof of purchase.

  • What happens to my refund if I used a coupon?

    A. If you used a coupon, its value is distributed proportionately across all items in your purchase.
    When returning an item where a coupon has been applied, the coupon value will be deducted if the final purchase amount falls below the minimum spend requirement.

  • Can I exchange an online-exclusive product in store?

    A. Exchanges depend on in-store availability of colours and sizes.

    Where a colour and/or size is not available, stock transfer from online to physical stores will not be arranged.
