The UNIQLO X Cooltra promotion begins on 10 November 2025 and ends on 30 November 2025 (the “Promotion”).
Only participants who meet the criteria set out in these Terms and Conditions will be eligible to receive two discount codes (“Discount and/or Credit”) under this Promotion.

Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions shall prevail in the event of any contradiction or inconsistency with other communications, including advertising or promotional materials.

Participation Details

1. Eligibility: The Promotion is open to (i) all visitors to physical stores and (ii) online purchases by residents of Spain aged 18 or over, except employees of the Promoter and their immediate family members, agents, and anyone professionally involved in this Promotion.

2. How to Participate: To take part in the Promotion, participants must:

• Scan the QR code located in the helmet compartment (top case) of a participating Cooltra scooter to access the Promotion form.
• Download the UNIQLO app and register as a member by creating an account if they do not already have one (this is essential to receive the benefits).
• Complete the Promotion registration form, providing their UNIQLO member ID and the requested details.
• Tick the boxes to accept the Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and consent to receive the email with the benefits.
• After downloading the UNIQLO app and creating an account, participants will receive:
  • • A €10 discount at UNIQLO for purchases over €85 in physical stores, on the website, or via the app.
    • A €10 credit for Cooltra to use in the Cooltra app for future rides.

3. Promotion Period: Starts on 10 November 2025 and ends on 30 November 2025, or while supplies last, whichever comes first. The Promoter reserves the right to shorten or extend the Promotion Period. Notices of changes, interruptions, or extensions will be published on the Promoter’s website.

4. Reward: Each participant who meets the above requirements will receive two discount codes:

• UNIQLO €10 Discount: Applied as a digital coupon in the UNIQLO app under “Coupons” once a purchase of over €85 is made in-store, online, or via the app during the Promotion period. The coupon will be available after downloading the UNIQLO app and creating an account.
• Cooltra €10 Credit: Sent by email from UNIQLO within a maximum of 10 days after downloading the UNIQLO app, creating an account, and completing the form. To use it, enter the code in the Cooltra app and apply it to future scooter rides.

5. Limitations:

• Each participant may receive only one set of discounts.
• Discounts are non-cumulative, non-transferable, and cannot be resold, returned, or exchanged for cash.
• In case of loss or theft of the codes, the Promoter will not be responsible for replacement.
• The Promoter is not responsible for technical issues, data entry errors, or delays in sending emails.

6. The Promoter is not responsible for participants’ transportation to and from participating stores.

7. Use of Your Information

All personal information provided by participants during an online purchase or when downloading the UNIQLO app will be collected, stored, and processed by the Promoter in strict compliance with applicable data protection laws.

8. Participants’ personal data will be used exclusively for managing this Promotion and for no other purpose, unless required by law or if participants have opted to receive marketing emails from the Promoter, as described in section 9.

9. Personal data necessary for applying the Cooltra code may be shared with Cooltra or its suppliers solely for managing the discount. Cooltra will process such data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

10. Except for its agencies and external providers contracted to manage the Promotion, the Promoter will not share participants’ data with third parties unless required by law.

General

12. In circumstances beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, or in cases of fraud, abuse, and/or error (human or technical) that affect or may affect the proper functioning of this Promotion or the delivery of the reward, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or modify the Promotion or these Terms and Conditions at any time, while attempting to minimize the impact on participants to avoid unnecessary disappointment.

13. The Promoter and its agents reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to disregard and exclude or disqualify entries they consider abusive or manipulative of the Promotion’s operation, or that, in the Promoter’s opinion, breach or are inappropriate under these Terms and Conditions.

14. The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries, including requesting address and identity details, and to deny discounts and/or credit or revoke the right to discounts and/or credit or reject participation in the Promotion and disqualify the participant when there are reasonable grounds to believe these Terms and Conditions or participation instructions have been breached, or when a participant has unfairly benefited from participation or won fraudulently.

15. This Promotion is advertised on the Promoter’s social media channels and is not sponsored, managed, or endorsed by any social network, nor associated with any of them. Third-party trademarks, logos, and names are the property of their respective owners.

16. The Promotion and these Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish law, and any dispute arising from or related to the Promotion shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts of Barcelona.
