The UNIQLO App giveaway and exclusive Draw for the UNIQLO 2026 Summer Season “Arigato Festival” (hereinafter “Arigato Festival) is open to residents in the UK (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland), France, Germany, Spain, Denmark, Sweden, Belgium and the Netherlands aged 18 or over who have downloaded the UNIQLO App and participated in this prize draw between 28th May and 3rd June 2026 (further detailed below).

This is a combined Operation for all the countries mentioned above, where participants can win prizes from the UNIQLO App exclusive Draw for the Arigato Festival.

Only entrants meeting the criteria set out in the Terms and Conditions are eligible to participate in this Operation.

Full Terms & Conditions – Customer Participation

To participate in the Operation, all participants are obliged to actively accept to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, and all entry instructions that form part of these Terms and Conditions in the participation form provided. These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials.

Participant: Uniqlo customers participating in this Operation who meet the following eligibility requirements.
 

1. Eligibility: The Operation is open to the residents in the UK (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland), France, Germany, Spain, Denmark, Sweden, Belgium and the Netherlands aged 18 or over, excluding employees of the Operator and their immediate families, its agents and anyone professionally connected with this Operation. 
2. Entry Instructions: Participants will be entered into the prize draw by completing a form via the UNIQLO App between 28.05.2026 and 03.06.2026 and completing the steps below:

• entries from agents or third parties,
• syndicated entries,
• those made using methods such as computer macro, script or the use of automated devices, and
• duplicate or bulk entries.

• £150.00* Travel allowance to travel to your capital city: London, Paris, Berlin, Madrid, Amsterdam, Brussels, Copenhagen or Stockholm; The allowance amount will be calculated and paid in the local currency of the recipient’s country, based on the applicable exchange rate at the time of payment.

• 2 Nights' accommodation at a 4-Star Hotel in London, Paris, Berlin, Amsterdam, Mardid, Brussels, Copenhagen or Stockholm, double room with en-suite bathroom (other preferations such as twin room are subject to availibility);
• Breakfast for two (2) people in the hotel restaurant each morning;
• Omakase Style Dinner, including: Omakase Style Menu, one (1) cocktail per person in one of the following restaurants in the respective city
  • London: Nobu; Paris: Shiro; Berlin: Shiori; Madrid: Hotaru; Amsterdam: Yamazato; Brussels: Kamo; Copenhagen: Damindra; Stockholm: Damindra or Sushi Sho
  • Booking is subject to availability at time of the booking

• £500 /  500EUR / 3,700DKK / 5,500kr Uniqlo e-gift voucher to be used at a Uniqlo store located in your destination;

• Omakase style set menu for two (2) people at a top Japanese restaurant in the winner’s destination city.

• The stay is subject to availability at the discretion of the assigned Travel Agency and excludes bank holidays, and unofficial special days such as Valentine’s day, school holiday periods, specifically the Christmas holidays, summer holidays, spring and autumn half terms and Easter as well as Weekends.
• For avoidance of doubt, this prize will be awarded to a winner to visit the capital city within their country of residence.
• Special conditions: The UNIQLO e-gift card can be redeemed in store and online in the respective area of currency.
• Lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced. E-gift cards will expire after twelve (12) months. Customer will not be able to use the card after that date and any unused balance on the card will be lost.

 

6. Claim period: All prizes must be claimed and booked by the prize winner within 12 months from the date of the initial correspondence with the agency.

1. The winners will be notified via email within ten (10) working days from selection.
2. If winners have not contacted the Agency within fourteen (14) days of notification to claim their prize, their right to the prize will be forfeited and an alternative winner will be chosen by the Operator.

 

9. No exchange: Please note that no prize can be exchanged into a cash alternative.

Our Right to Use Information About You
 

10. Any personal information provided by participants in the course of an online purchase, downloading the UNIQLO App or participating in this Operation will be collected, stored, and processed by the Operator in strict compliance with applicable data protection regulations. Your personal details will only be used for the purposes of administering this Operation other purposes unless otherwise provided by law or unless you have opted in to receive future marketing mailings from the Operator. If you opt in and start receiving marketing emails from the Operator, but would then like to stop receiving them, use the unsubscribe button provided in an email from the Operator.

 

11. Other than its agencies and third-party suppliers who are contracted to administer the Operation, the Operator will not pass participants’ details on to any third party.

14. The Operator and its agents reserve the right not to consider, and to exclude any entry they deem in their sole, subjective determination to be inappropriate and/or not in compliance with these Terms and Conditions.

 

• No responsibility will be taken by the Promoter for entries or claims which, for technical or other reasons, are not entered correctly or are lost.  Incomplete entries will not qualify for the Promotion.

 

• Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be resold or exchanged for cash.

 

• Prizes cannot be returned or exchanged at Uniqlo stores.

 

• There are no cash or other prize alternatives available in whole or in part except in the event of circumstances outside its control. The Operator reserves the right to substitute a similar alternative of equal or greater value. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Operator the prize will only be awarded directly to the winner.

 

• The winner’s information will be used and shared for the purpose of providing the prizes only and announcing the winner as described in the Terms and Conditions.

 

• In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Operator, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this Prize draw or the awarding of prizes, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Operator reserves the right to cancel or amend the Operation or These terms and Conditions, at any stage, but will always endeavour to minimize the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment. For the avoidance of doubt, the Operator will not be responsible for any unforeseen cancellations of flights or other arrangements.

 

• Participants in the Operation agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The Operator reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any participant found to be abusing or tampering with the operation of the Operation, or to be acting in any manner deemed by the Operation to be in violation of the Terms and Conditions.

 

• Trademarks, logos and names of the products and retailers are the property of their respective owner.

 

• To the fullest extent permitted by law and excluding death or personal injury caused as a result of the Operator’s negligence, neither the Operator nor its agencies or third party suppliers accept any liability for claims, losses, demands, damages, corrupted or misdirected entries, any late or misdirected delivery of communications (by email or otherwise), faulty or failed electronic data transmissions or injuries that arise out of and/or in any way related to the prize, the receipt, use and/or enjoyment of the prize and/or the Promotion.

 

• The Operation and the Terms and Conditions will be governed by the law of the customer’s country of residence and any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Promotion will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the customer’s place of residence.
