Q. What methods of delivery do you offer and how much do they cost?

Expected delivery timeframes may vary due to the stock status of individual products within an order. Please be aware that your expected delivery date is specified at checkout, in order history, and order confirmation emails.

Please see the delivery options we offer below (including pricing and delivery time):

Your order will be processed up to 3 working days after receiving your confirmation email. Please note that from Monday to Friday the delivery time is subject to the cut-off time of our warehouse (10:30 a.m.). In the event that the order is placed after that time, during the weekend or on a holiday, the order will begin to be processed during the next business day.

Please note that all times mentioned are only an estimate as UNIQLO does not guarantee exact delivery dates or times.

A valid Spanish mobile number must be provided when placing your order. A delivery confirmation will be sent to you via SMS. In order to collect your parcel, you must bring proof of identity with you. Any of the below form of identification will be accepted:

- ID
- Passport
- Driving License

Any other identity document with a photograph and the full name and address of the person concerned.

If you have selected a Correos collection point (Casillero Citypack) as your delivery method: Please note that you must provide a valid Spanish mobile number when placing your order. You will receive a code to open the Citypack via SMS.
