General Conditions 

Open to all individuals, regardless of nationality or place of residence, who purchase a PEACE FOR ALL collection T-shirt at the UNIQLO Westfield La Maquinista store from 11/10/2025 to 17/10/2025. 

Participants will enter the sweepstake by completing their in-store purchase and filling out the participation form provided. 

Two eligible winners will be selected, each receiving a nighttime guided tour at the Observatori Fabra for a group of up to four people. 

By entering the promotion, all participants are deemed to have accepted and be bound by the full terms and conditions outlined below. 

Full Terms and Conditions 

All participation instructions form part of these terms and conditions, which shall prevail in case of conflict or inconsistency with any other communication, including advertising or promotional materials. 

Promoter: Uniqlo Europe Ltd, Spanish Branch (Consell de Cent, 351 Principal, 08007 Barcelona) 

Participant: Individuals entering this sweepstake. 

1. Entry Requirements: To enter the Promotion, entrants must (i) download the UNIQLO App and create an account (be logged into their UNIQLO account), (ii) accept these Terms and Conditions, (iii) complete a form provided via in-store promotional materials (such as posters or point-of-purchase signs) or through a staff member equipped with an iPad.   

Minors under 18 may participate provided their entry form is signed by a parent or legal guardian, who must accept the terms and conditions on their behalf. 

How to Enter: 

• Purchase a PEACE FOR ALL T-shirt at UNIQLO Westfield La Maquinista from 11/10/2025 to 17/10/2025 

• Complete the participation form provided in-store. 

• Accept the terms and conditions by ticking the corresponding box. 

The winner will be randomly selected from the list of customers who registered via the in-store form. 

2. Promotional Period: The promotion is available exclusively from 11/10/2025 to 17/10/2025 at Westfield La Maquinista. 

3. Entry Instructions: Entry is confirmed upon completion of the form following the purchase of a PEACE FOR ALL T-shirt in-store and acceptance of the terms and conditions. 

• Entries from agents, third parties or syndicated entries will not be accepted. 

• All entries must be submitted directly by the individual participant. 

• Participants who provide incorrect information or enter on behalf of another person may be disqualified at the promoter’s discretion. 

4. Prize: Two winners will each receive a nighttime experience at the Observatori Fabra in Barcelona for a group of up to four people.
   
   The prize includes: 

• A guided tour of the museum and main rooms of the modernist building. 

• An educational astronomy talk and themed video screening. 

• An astronomical observation session using the observatory’s historic telescope, weather permitting. 

• Access to the exterior of the Observatori Fabra dome. 

• A welcome drink of cava or fruit juice for each participant. 

The promoter will provide the winner with a voucher for the experience, redeemable on a Saturday between 20 October 2025 and 23 May 2026, subject to availability at the Observatori Fabra. 

The prize does not include transport or accommodation. It is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. No alternative prizes will be offered except in circumstances beyond the promoter’s control. 

Prize Terms and Conditions 

5. Winner Selection: Winners will be randomly selected between 20/10/2025 and 24/10/2025 through a computerised process that generates a verifiable random result from all valid entries received during the specified period. 

6. Winners will be contacted via the email provided within 5 days of selection. If a winner does not respond within 28 days of notification, they will forfeit the prize and an alternate winner will be selected. 

General 

7. The promoter and its agents reserve the right to disregard and exclude any entry deemed inappropriate and/or non-compliant with these terms and conditions. 

8. The promoter is not responsible for entries or claims that are incorrectly submitted or lost due to technical or other issues. Incomplete entries will be disqualified. 

9. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be resold or exchanged for cash. 

10. No cash or alternative prizes will be offered, in whole or in part, except in circumstances beyond the promoter’s control. The promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize with one of equal or greater value. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the prize will be awarded directly to the winner only. 

11. The winner will be contacted directly by the promoter using the details provided in the form. Their identity will not be publicly disclosed or shared with other participants. 

12. Winner information will be used solely for prize delivery purposes. 

13. In the event of circumstances beyond the promoter’s reasonable control, or if fraud, abuse and/or error (human or technical) affects or could affect the proper conduct of this promotion or prize delivery, and only when unavoidable, the promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion or these terms and conditions at any time, while striving to minimise any impact on participants. 

14. Participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. The promoter reserves the right, at its sole and reasonable discretion, to disqualify any participant who abuses or manipulates the promotion or acts in violation of these terms and conditions. 

15. The promoter reserves the right to verify all entries and to refuse or withdraw a prize and/or disqualify any participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe these terms and conditions or entry instructions have been breached, or where a participant has gained an unfair advantage (e.g., through fraudulent means). 

16. All trademarks, logos and product or retailer names mentioned are the property of their respective owners. 

17. To the extent permitted by law and excluding death or personal injury caused by the promoter’s negligence, neither the promoter nor its agencies or third-party providers accept any liability for claims, losses, demands, damages, corrupted or misdirected entries, delays or misdelivery of communications (email or otherwise), defective or failed electronic data transmissions, or injuries arising from or related to the prize, its receipt, use and/or enjoyment, or the promotion. 

18. Any legal interpretation of these terms and conditions shall be governed by Spanish law, and the courts located in Spain shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

Purpose and Legal Basis: Personal data collected will be processed to enable your participation in the “Nighttime Guided Tour at the Observatori Fabra” sweepstake (the “Sweepstake”). The legal basis for processing is the performance of a contract with UNIQLO (i.e., the sweepstake terms and conditions). 

Internal Recipients: Your data will be processed by UNIQLO staff responsible for administering the sweepstake. 

External Recipients: Your data will not be shared with third parties outside UNIQLO. 

International Transfers: No international data transfers will occur. Data will be processed in Spain. 

Data Retention: Your personal data will be deleted once the sweepstake winners have been announced. 

Your Data Protection Rights: You have the right to access, rectify, delete or port your personal data, as well as to restrict or object to its processing.
