  Steps to check your Purchase History

1. Open the UNIQLO app or website.

2. Tap the Person icon in the top right or bottom right corner.

3. Login with your account or Guest ID.

4. Select [Purchase History].

From your Purchase History, you can view your purchases across three tabs: [Online], [Store] and [Products].

  Online

For each order, you can view order details such as products, order status, and delivery information.

You can also:

  • View receipts
  • Request returns
  • Cancel orders (where applicable*)  *You can cancel your order within 30 minutes after placing it
  • When will my order appear?

    Online orders appear in your Purchase History once the order has been placed.

  • How long is my purchase history available?

    Online purchases remain visible for 15 months from the order date.

    After 15 months, purchased items can still be checked in the [Product] tab.



Please note:

  • For split deliveries, purchase details and receipts are issued separately for each shipment.
  • Purchase statements can be used as an invoice. Please save or print them as needed.
  • If you close your online account, your Purchase History will no longer be accessible. Please ensure you save any required records before deleting your account.
  Store

Electronic receipts for store purchases are shown in the Store tab.

Paper receipts are not displayed.

  • E‑receipts are only available if your membership is scanned and the e‑receipt option is selected at checkout.
  • It is not possible to add in‑store purchases to Purchase History after checkout.

Products purchased in store can still be viewed in the [Product] tab.

  Product

The Product tab shows a list of items purchased both online and in store. Please note, items shown in the Product tab cannot be deleted.

  • How are products added?

    • Store: Your purchase is recorded when you scan your membership QR code or barcode at checkout (via the app or website). Purchases cannot be added after checkout.
    • Online: Orders are automatically recorded to your account once placed.
  • When do products appear?

    • Store purchases: By the day after purchase
    • Online purchases: By the day after the order is shipped
