Tax invoices for online orders
All invoices for online orders are automatically sent by email along with your shipping confirmation. Please check your junk/spam folder, just in case.
Please note that online purchase invoices will show all the details recorded at the time of purchase, so once your order has been processed, the information on the invoice cannot be changed by UNIQLO, including the address, VAT number and company details or name on the purchase. This is because our online store is for domestic and private use only, as stated in our Terms and Conditions, under the section "Limitation of liability".
Tax invoices for store purchases
If you require an invoice for a purchase made in store, we advise you to request it directly from our staff at the time of purchase.
If you do not request it at that time, you can only request it in person, in store, with the original ticket/receipt for your purchase.
Please note that in this case, the hours for requesting an invoice are Monday to Friday from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Finally, if you have lost the original ticket/receipt, you must return to the same shop where you made your purchase and request assistance directly from our staff.
Proof of refund
UNIQLO will not be able to provide a corrected invoice for your refund. However, we can provide you with proof or a receipt of the transaction, provided that your purchase was not made through PayPal.
