Q. Can I make an exchange?
We do not offer exchanges of items bought online via post. Should you wish to exchange your item, the original item will need to be returned and another order will have to be placed.
Alternatively, you are able to exchange your order at any UNIQLO Spain store if it is within 30 days of delivery. You may only exchange for the same value or more as we cannot offer a partial refund. After exchanging, you will no longer be able to receive a refund. All returned items must be returned in a resalable condition including the original packaging, tags and/or labels.
Please make sure you print or download your invoice (attached to your shipment confirmation email) as this is needed to process any exchange.
Store Purchase Exchange
You may exchange your store purchased items in any UNIQLO store (within the same country of purchase) if it is within the 30 day returns period. You must provide a valid receipt in order to return or an exchange in-store. All returned items must be returned in a resalable condition including the original packaging, tags and/or labels.
